Vegan French Crepes

Ingredients:
1 and 1/2 cups or 200g of whole wheat flour
3 Tablespoons of brown sugar
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 and 1/2 cups or 375 to 500 ml of soy milk
1 teaspoon of coconut oil
1 tsp of vanilla extract (optional)
ps: I didn't had vanilla extract in this specific day but i had soy milk with vanilla and they turned out so good as well, so here it is another solution :)
ps2: If you don't have coconut oil , you can use a teaspoon of olive oil :)
Who to do:
1- In a large bowl put the wet ingredients and mix together until you have an homogenize mixture
2- Add the soy milk SLOWLY
3 - Melt the coconut oil in the microwave , for 30 seconds
4 - mix everything together
5 - Grease a frying pan with coconut oil
6 - when the pan is very hot, you can start making the pancakes
7 - When the pancakes , which are in the frying pan, began to gain small balls, turn them with a spatula
They are ready to eat and enjoy!!!
